New Record for Trade at the Otay Mesa Port of Entry !

Fiscal year 2011 proved to be a record year in two way trade moving through the Otay Mesa Port of Entry. More than 32.8 billion dollars of imports and exports were transported through this facility in 2011. This important indicator, which rose 6.8% compared to the previous year and 14% since 2008, is a testament of the improvement in our region’s economic activity.
