Booths are assigned on a first come first serve basis upon payment receipt. Following payment receipt exhibitors will receive a Mexport Exhibitor Package with complete details of our event, including: set-up dates and hours, food, facilities, parking, loading and unloading, telephone lines, booths, etc.

Refund Policy - a written cancellation must be received before March 11, 2011 to receive a refund, less 25% for handling charges.
